Manage Subscription
Upgrading to Pro
- Sign in to SpidyLabs
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select "Upgrade to Pro" from the dropdown menu
- Complete the checkout process
You'll have immediate access to all Pro features after payment.
Managing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription (update payment method, view invoices, etc.):
- Sign in to SpidyLabs
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select "Manage subscription" from the dropdown menu
- You'll be taken to the billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View past invoices
- Download receipts
- Change your billing email
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel:
- Go to Manage subscription (steps above)
- Click Cancel subscription in the billing portal
- Confirm the cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
- You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your bins are preserved — you won't lose any bins or data
- If you have more than 3 bins, you'll still be able to view them, but you won't be able to create new ones until you're under the limit
- Request history follows the Free plan retention (24 hours) going forward
- Pro features (replay, diff, forward, stats) become unavailable
Re-subscribing
You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time from the upgrade menu. Your bins and settings are preserved.

When am I billed?
Monthly, on the anniversary of your signup date.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards are accepted. Payment is processed securely through our billing provider.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us at support if you have billing issues. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not currently. SpidyLabs is billed monthly only.
Is there a free trial?
There's no time-limited trial, but the free plan lets you use SpidyLabs with basic features indefinitely. Upgrade when you need more.
